This new house in the Teign valley is a replacement dwelling. It is made from a 2-storey 'T'-shaped timber frame and a single storey oak frame barn room. There are 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms, one en-suite and a ground floor shower room.

The Green Oak frame was from Carpenter Oak, beautifully designed and constructed in traditional style.
